About me

After losing 70 lbs (36 kg) at 39, I found myself facing a challenge I hadn't anticipated: loose skin. Like many others riding the wave of transformation, whether through GLP-1s, lifestyle changes, or bariatric surgery, I discovered that the aftermath of significant weight loss comes with its own set of decisions to make.

What struck me most wasn't just dealing with the physical changes, but how fragmented and overwhelming the information landscape is. Between dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, peptide protocols, RF devices, and topical treatments, there's no clear roadmap. Just scattered blog posts, sales pitches, and forum threads. As someone who works in the peptide industry and has spent the better part of a year researching everything from injectable GHK-Cu to RF microneedling, I realized there needed to be a better resource.

That's why I built this site, to create a comprehensive, no-nonsense library of post-weight-loss skin tightening options. My goal is to cut through the commercial noise and help you understand what's actually available, what the evidence suggests, and what different treatments might cost you.

I'm currently testing various approaches myself (including some questionable at-home devices—someone has to be the guinea pig), and I'm also developing what I believe will be the most effective topical skincare line specifically for skin tightening, drawing on my background in peptide science.

This isn't a personal blog about my journey, it's a practical resource for anyone navigating this increasingly common challenge. With the explosion of GLP-1 use and the growing number of people achieving major transformations, the timing has never been more important for clear, honest information about what comes next.
